Muscatel sweet fine wine. It is made of the “Muscat-purple” kind of grapes (economy “BAHUS”). It has strong ripe muscatel race with a trace of tea-rose fragrance. Taste is thorough, oily, color is rich red. It ideally goes with appetizers of white meat and fruits. It is indispensable in Europe in preparing sangaree (please, see the recipe).
